Moilla Holban
Registered Service Manager
Moilla started her career as a Wellness Practitioner in the hospitality sector, working in a 5-star settings. Despite facing challenges that led her to supported accommodation twice in the past 15 years, she appreciates the care and support she received from the local authority and support workers. Realizing the importance of the right environment and support, she designed a holistic person centred approach to help service users regain independence in a positive living space. Moilla is dedicated to creating engaging work environments that empower employees to thrive. Beyond her work, she enjoys good food, movies and exploring new places.
Ionut Holban
Program Director
Ionut Holban brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector to his role overseeing our Supported Living Program. With a strong background in Senior Management, Ionut excels in leadership and communication skills, ensuring the program’s success aligns with our mission and values. His passion for innovation and inclusivity drives him to create a positive impact on our service users and the local community. Ionut’s expertise in developing program goals and his commitment to equal opportunity make him a valuable member of our team. As a former Chef, he promotes health eating choices among our service users, fostering a positive living environment for all.
Daniel Avramescu
Community Activities Coordinator
Daniel brings over 25 years’ experience in empowering young adults to develop essential life skills and independence through personalised mentorship. He excels in organising group outdoor workshops and activities aimed at enhancing life skills, while also possessing the ability to improve and inspire. His services focus improving resilience and confidence, contributing to enhanced service user engagement at Acasa Healthcare Services. With a background in Outdoor education and passion for fitness, Daniel is dedicated to making a positive impact.
